Retention & deletion mindset
We aim not to keep long-term copies. If temporary staging is required to complete recovery or delivery, we minimize retention and remove the data after delivery.

What we collect
Contact details: name, phone/email, and city (to confirm service area).
Basic device details: device type and what happened (e.g., “won’t boot,” “deleted files,” “dropped drive”).
Recovery priorities: what files you want most (e.g., photos, documents, a specific folder).
We do not sell customer information. We use the above information only to deliver service and communicate about your request.
Secure wipe & recycling
Device wipe
If you’re donating, selling, or recycling a device, we offer an optional wipe service for peace of mind. A verified wipe requires the drive to be accessible.
- If the drive is failed/unreadable, wipe may not be possible

Device recycling
We offer free drop-off for responsible recycling when feasible. Ask us what you have and we’ll confirm the best option.
