Questions

Do I pay anything if you can’t recover the data?

No. Free evaluation, and no recovery = no charge.

What does “secure download links (up to 1TB)” mean?

After a successful recovery, we can provide secure download links for your recovered files (up to 1TB), or we can transfer the files directly to your new device — whichever is easiest for you.

Do you recycle devices?

Yes — we offer free drop-off for responsible recycling when feasible. Ask us what you have and we’ll confirm the best option.

Can you wipe a drive that won’t power on?

Not always. If the drive can’t be accessed reliably, we may not be able to perform a verified wipe. We’ll explain what’s possible during evaluation.
